Developing new bakery products not only requires a collaborative effort but is also a creative blend of art and science. We regularly host our customers on-site for ideation sessions designed to stimulate creative, innovative thinking. Our spacious Culinary and Product Development Centers are the ideal settings for Sterling to team with customers to hone in ideas, create samples, perform product cuttings and experience final applications of finished products. Our centers are outfitted with much of the same machinery used in our full scale bakeries, as well as our customers’ final preparation equipment.
