The San Antonio facility serves as Sterling Foods’ headquarters and main Texas manufacturing facility. Conveniently located in North Central San Antonio, our home office and bakery employ over 350 team members year-round. Sterling Foods’ second manufacturing facility in San Antonio is a USDA-FSIS certified, state-of-the-art production facility dedicated to the manufacture of meat and bakery croissants, pastries, and Danishes for the national restaurant, foodservice and K-12 school segments. Established in 2022, this facility boasts fully automated production lines, significantly enhancing both speed and efficiency for our clientele.
